You and your loved one finally have some time to spend together, but what should you do? Make the most of your day by filling it with fun yet laid back activities:
Swing by Sup Restaurant, http://www.stockpotinc.com, for some lunch and head up to San Rafael Park for a picnic. The park offers an array of picnic spots from shaded trees to open, sunny areas. After lunch, take a stroll through the park and enjoy all the wildlife that resides there. You are sure to spot something incredible!
Next, head over to the Nevada Museum of Art where you will find a diverse collection of art from both local and visiting artists. Check out upcoming exhibitions at http://www.nevadaart.org/exhibitions/index
After a few hours of art-going, it will be time for a snack and a drink. The 4th Street Bistro is just the place. A quaint atmosphere for two and an awesome wine list! http://www.4thstbistro.com/index.html
Finish off the day with a walk down by the river. With more wildlife to view or simply people watching, this area of Reno provides for plenty of entertainment! If you are so inclined, the movie theater is located downtown along the river with a few bars and restaurants as well.
Continue to show your appreciation for your loved one by planning dates that are relaxed and fun. These are the memories that last a lifetime.

Ways to Stay Connected
It is easy to become wrapped up in the stresses of daily life. A disconnect between loved ones can put pressure on a relationship. In order to maintain balance in the home, it’s important to stay connected to your partner through doing the things that brought you together in the first place.
Cooking is a great way to bring you two together and open up the lines of communication. It requires team work and planning to get the project done, but it also provides the perfect environment to have fun and flirt with each other in. Brush by him on your way to the fridge or sneak a kiss here and there. Feed each other samples of what’s to come. Keep the mood light and join in a water fight while doing dishes; a perfect excuse to get out of those wet clothes and spark a little romance!
Life is too short, it’s the little things that really matter. So, get out there and have fun with your mate!
